How to make Pepper Roast Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 gm boneless chicken pieces
- 2 onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- A handful of curry leaves
- 1 tbsp crushed peppercorns
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp chopped coconut pieces
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Method of preparation
- Heat a pan add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and onions saute till onions caramelized.
- Now add pepper powder, garam masala, cumin powder, fennel powder, salt and mix well. Cook in low flame for 5 Min.
- Now add the chicken pieces and mix well.
- Now add 1/ 2 cup water and cover cook it.
- Now open the lid and cook until all water evaporates. It will take 10 - 15 min in medium heat.
- Now add the chopped coconut and mix well. And drizzle some coconut oil.
