How to make Grilled Chicken Burger Recipe

Ingredients

For Burger Pattie:

• 250 gm minced chicken
• 1 finely sliced jalapenos
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
• 1 beaten egg
• 2 tbsp oil

For sauce:

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tsp yellow mustard
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp garlic powder.
• 1 tsp onion powder.
• 1 tsp paprika

For Burger:

• 1 burger bun
• 1 lettuce leaf
• A slice of tomato, cucumber, capsicum and onion
• 1 cheese slice

Method of preparation

• Take a food processor add all ingredients listed on burger pattie except breadcrumbs, egg, oil. mix it all together and keep aside.

• Now make a pattie shape of the chicken mixture and egg wash it and dust it with breadcrumbs.
• Now heat a grill pan add the patties and drizzle some oil and cook both sides until golden brown colour.

• Take a bowl add all the ingredients listed in the burger sauce give a nice mix and keep aside. Burger sauce is ready now.

• Cut the burger bun and spread the sauce and place lettuce, tomato and capsicum.
• Then place cheese slice, then burger pattie spread some more sauce and again place onion and cucumber slice and cover it.

• Bake in the oven for 5 min at 200 degrees.
