Chicken Lollipop Recipe

Hello foodies,

Today I am going to share you another spicy chicken recipe. Chicken lollipop is very easy to make and its deep-fried chicken wings with some spicy and tangy sauce mix. Let's see how to make it. 

How to make Chicken Lollipop Recipe 

Ingredients 

For chicken Marination 

• 8 chicken wings (cut off the bones and  collect all the flesh to one end)
• 1 tbsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp pepper powder
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 
• Salt as needed

For batter

• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 
• 1 tsp cornflour 
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp water
• Salt as needed 
• Oil for deep fry

For sauce 

• 2 tbsp chopped spring onions 
• 2 tsp chopped garlic
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 
• 1 tsp red chilli sauce 
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• Pinch sugar
• Salt as needed 

Method of preparation 

• Take a mixing bowl 🥣 add all the ingredients listed below the Marination and mix all together. 

• Now add the prepared chicken pieces and mix well with the masala and keep it aside.

• Now take another bowl and add all-purpose flour,  cornflour, red chilli powder, egg, water and whisk together without any lump. 

• Now heat oil for deep fry and dip the marinated chicken pieces to the batter and deep fry it until golden brown colour.
• Drain excess oil and keep it aside.

• Let's start to make the sauce, heat a pan add olive oil, chopped garlic, spring onions and saute it.
• Now add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, salt and mix well.

• Now the sauce ready. Add the fried chicken lollipop and mix it well.

• Garnish with some spring onions and serve it hot with fried rice or noodles.
