Today I am going to share with you a very easy and healthy breakfast recipe which is Mughlai Paneer Paratha. This paratha is made with wheat dough and panner mixture as stuffing. Let's see how to make it.

How to make Mughlai Paneer Paratha Recipe 


Ingredients

For Dough

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1\2 tsp salt
  • water for kneading dough

For stuffing

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander and mint leaves
  • 1\2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup grated Paneer or cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1\2 tsp cumin powder
  • Pinch dry mango powder
  • Pinch garam masala
  • Salt as needed

Method Of Preparation

  • Let's start by kneading the dough, take a bowl to add wheat flour, salt, oil and water. Now start to knead the dough. { add water little by little}
  • Now our dough is ready grease with oil and keeps it aside. 



  • Now let's start to make the stuffing for our paratha, heat a pan add ghee, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies and onion. saute it until onions get caramelized texture.


  • Now add grated carrot and chopped mint and coriander leaves. mix all together and saute for 10 minutes.
  • Add grated panner and add red chilli powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, garam masala powder, salt as needed and mix well. cook for 10 minutes in low flame. Now our stuffing is ready.
  • Let's start to make the parathas.




  • Pinch a small ball sized dough and dust it with a little flour and flatten it using your hands.
  • Roll the dough slightly and spread the prepared stuffing in the center.
  • Now carefully fold and close all sides of paratha forming a square. press gently.


  • Roast the paratha on a hot Tawa by adding some ghee to it.
  • Spread ghee to both sides of paratha and roast it to golden brown colour and crispy.


  • Tasty Mughlai Paneer Paratha Is ready now. Serve it hot with some mint chutney or any gravy as your wish.
