Chicken Pad Thai Recipe | Easy Homamde Pad Thai Recipe

Hello foodies, 

Today I am here to share with you one of my favorite recipes Chicken Pad Thai. This recipe is made with rice noodles and a mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar. It's very easy to make and it's healthy too. Let's see how to make it.

How to make Chicken Pad Thai Recipe 

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Thai rice noodles
  • 500gm boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into small strips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp dark-brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 cup yellow, green, red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips 
  • 1 carrot sliced into strips 
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 green onions, whites minced, greens sliced 
  • 1 cups bean sprouts
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • Lemon 🍋 wedge for garnish

Method of preparation

  • First, let's make the sauce, take a bowl add brown sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, lemon juice mix everything, and keep aside.

  • Now, let's start to cook the noodles, take the pot to add 4 cups of water, salt, 1 tbsp oil, and let it boil.
  • Once the water boiled add the rice noodles and cook for 5 minutes. 
  • Strain the noodles and keep it aside.


  • Now heat a pan add oil, chicken strips, salt, and pepper and fry them until chicken cook well.

  • Now on the same pan add chopped garlic, chopped green onions, and mix well. Saute for 5 minutes. 
  • Now add sliced bell peppers and saute it.
  • Now add julienne carrot and saute it again for 10 minutes. 


  • Add beansprouts and saute it well.
  • Now create some in the middle of the pan and add eggs and scramble it.
  • Now saute everything for 10 more minutes. 
  • Add the fried chicken strips and prepared sauce and mix well.



 
  •  To this let's add the cooked noodles which we have already done.
  •  Mix all together and cook in low flame for 5 minutes. 


  • Here comes our very easy and tasty Chicken pad thai is ready now.
  • Transfer it to a bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, lemon wedges.
