How to make Crispy Corns Recipe
Ingredients
- Sweet corn kernels 250 gm( boiled)
- Cornstarch 2 tbsp
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- black pepper 1 tsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Spring onion greens 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Onion 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Red chillies powder ½ tsp
- Chat masala ¾ tsp
Method of preparation
- First add the sweet corn kernels, cornstarch, rice flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Give a nice mix.
- Sprinkle some water so that the flours stick to the kernels.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry sweet corn kernels.
- Fry them corn until it is crispy and golden.
- Remove the fried sweet corn onto a plate lined with kitchen towel.
- Transfer the fried sweet corn to a bowl and add onions, spring onions, coriander leaves, chat masala, and red chilli powder. Give it a quick toss. And serve it immediately.
