How to make Mutton Handi Kabab Recipe
Ingredients
For Mutton kabab
- Mutton mince 500gm
- 4 green chilies
- Red chili flakes 1tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Gram flour 1/2 cup
- Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves 1/4 cup
- Coriander fresh 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
For gravy
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion (chopped) 1 cup
- Tomatoes (chopped) 2 cups
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
- Green chilies 2
- Salt to taste
- Coriander fresh for garnish
- Ginger for garnish
Method of preparation
- Take a mixer and add mincemeat, green chilies, red chili flakes, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, red chili powder, gram flour, onion, coriander, and mint.
- Chop until all ingredients are well combined. Marinate for 25 to 30 minutes. Your kabab mince is ready.
- Take steel skewers and thread mince on them.
- Cook these kababs on the oven and grill until well cooked. Set aside.
- Now add yogurt, mix well, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add prepared kabab, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
