Quail Fry Recipe / Kaada Kozhi Fry

Today I am going to show you a very easy and simple recipe and this is the first time I have tried this recipe and came out very tasty. Quail fry is made with very simple ingredients and its very easy to make. let's see how to make it.

How to make Quail Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 quail 
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • Salt as needed
  • A handful of curry leaves
  • Coconut oil for frying quail

Method of preparation

  • Take a blender to add all ingredients except rice flour and oil. blend them together and keep it aside.
  • Now clean the quail and pat dry with a kitchen towel.


 
  •  Now apply the marination all over the quail and the rice flour. keep it aside for at least 2 hours.


  • Now heat coconut oil for frying and drop the marinated quail.
  • Fry till they turn golden brown and completely cooked. It will take about 15 minutes.


  • Now drain excess oil and serve it hot with some sliced onions, tomatoes, and lemon wedges.
