Today I am going to share with you another tikka or kabab recipe which is Chicken Reshmi or Malai Kabab. This recipe is made with a mixture of some amazing spices, curd, and Malai or cream. Let's see how to make it.
How to make Chicken Reshmi | Malai Kabab Recipe
- 500 gm boneless chicken pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil ( you can use any other than sesame or coconut oil)
- 1 tbsp peppercorns or 1 tbsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 5 cashew nuts
- 5 almonds
- Salt as needed
Method of preparation
- Clean the chicken pieces and pat dry with a kitchen towel and keep it aside.
- Now take a blender, now add ginger garlic paste, cashews, almonds, peppercorns and blend it to a powder.
- Now add yogurt, cream, lemon juice, and again blend them into a smooth paste.
- Now our marinade is ready.
- Now add the prepared marinade to the chicken, then add oil, salt, and mix well.
- Now chicken is marinated well and keep it aside for overnight or at least 1 hour.
- Now pre-heat your oven and grease the skewers with little oil.
- Now insert the marinated chicken pieces and grill it in the oven till the chicken cooks well.
- Now Chicken Reshmi or Malai Kabab is ready.
- Serve it hot with mint green chutney or Naan.
