Mutton Keema Samosa Recipe

Today I am going to show you another easy and tasty evening snack and I am so sure that kids love this recipe. Keema Samosa Recipe. Usually, Samosa is a recipe that no one will say No to that. Let's see how to make it.

How to make Keema Samosa Recipe 

Ingredients 

For Filling

  • Mutton Keema 200gms
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds 
  • 1 onion finely chopped 
  • 1 green chili fine chopped 
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 
  • 1 potato parboiled and mashed 
  • 1/2 cup green peas parboiled 
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala 
  • Salt as needed 

For samosa

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour 
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 1 tbsp semolina 
  • Salt as needed
  • Water as needed 
  • Oil for deep fry 

Method of preparation 

  • Take a bowl to add all-purpose flour, oil, salt, semolina, and start to knead the dough by adding little by little water.



  • The dough must look like normal chapati dough don't add to much water.
  • Now keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan add oil, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste, onion, and saute it.
  • Now add the minced meat and mix all together. 

  • Add garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  • Add 1/2 cup water and cover cook for 15 minutes.

  • Once the meat cooked then add mashed potatoes and green peas and mix well.
  • Cook for 5 more minutes. 

  • Now roll the Samosa dough in round shape and then divide it into two pieces. 
  • Take one piece and fold it in the way like I have shown in the picture.

  • Add the mutton fillings inside it and seal the edges. Repeat the same for other pieces also.

  • Now let's start to fry the samosa, once the oil gets heat to add the prepared samosas and fry them until golden brown color. 

  • Tasty and easy Keema Samosa ready serve it hot with some green chutney or ketchup.
