Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cup basmati rice
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Handful of coriander and mint leaves
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 cardamom,2 cloves, 1 tej patta, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 star anise
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 green chilli
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- oil or ghee 3 tsp
- salt as needed
- Boil two egg , remove the shell and keep it aside
- Heat a pressure cooker add cardamom,cloves, star anise, tej patta, cinnamon stick, fennel seeeds
- Make paste of ginger, garlic,coriander leaves, mint leaves, curd, green chilli.
- Add this paste and saute well for 2 min
- Add chopped onions and tomatoes .
- Cook for 2 min.
- Add garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt as needed.
- Break 2 whole eggs and scramble well .
- Now add 3 cup water.
- Let the water gers boiled.
- Add the soaked rice and boiled eggs.
- pressure cook for 3 whistle.
Tasty pressure cooker egg biriyani is ready now. enjoy with raita.
