How to make vegetable fried rice recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup long rice
- Vegetable (carrot , beans , peas(boiled) capsicum, cabbage)
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilli
- 1 big onion chopped
- Pepper powder
- Soya sause
- Salt as needed
- Oil for cooking
Method of preparation
- Half cook the long rice using this method
- Now heat a pan add oil , chopped garlic, chopped green chilli , onions and add salt as needed saute it for 5 min
- Now add veggies and saute for 20 min
- Add pepper powder, soya sause, cooked rice and mix well and cook for 10 more min in low flame
- Now garnish with spring onion.
Tasty veggie fried rice is ready . Serve hot with some munchurian or sause .
