Ingredients

  • 1 cup long rice
  • Vegetable (carrot , beans , peas(boiled) capsicum, cabbage)
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • Pepper powder
  • Soya sause
  • Salt as needed 
  • Oil for cooking

Method of preparation

  • Half cook the long rice using this method
  • Now heat a pan add oil , chopped garlic,  chopped green chilli , onions and add salt as needed saute it for 5 min
  • Now add veggies and saute for 20 min
  • Add pepper powder, soya sause, cooked rice and mix well and cook for 10 more min in low flame
  • Now garnish with spring onion.

Tasty veggie fried rice is ready . Serve hot with some munchurian or sause .
