Ingredients
- 2 Boiled egg
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 3 red chilli
- 2 shallots
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Curry leaves
- Drum stick
- 2tsp oil
Method of preparation
- Make a paste of coconut, jeera, turmeric, shallots, red chilli.
- Optionally roast the coconut as needed.
- Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, drum sticks.
- Now add the coconut paste and 1 cup water.
- Keep cooking for 5 min in low flame.
- Now add boiled eggs and salt as required.
Tasty coconut egg curry is ready.
