- 1/2 kg potatoes
- Salt
- Chilli powder
- Oil for deep fry
Method of preparation
- Clean and thinly slice potatoes And wash it for 4 times.
- Now pat with a kitchen towel and remove excess water from potatoes.
- Now deep fry the potatoes.
- Add salt and chilli powder on fried potatoes.
Tasty potato chips ready.
