How to make paneer muchurian

Cottage cheese contains all the essential amino acids needed for it to qualify as a complete protein. One cup of creamed cottage cheese has 23 grams of protein, which is 41 percent of the recommended daily intake for men and 50 percent for women.










Ingredients

  • Paneer  cubes 300 gm
  • 1large chopped onion
  • Capsicum chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic 
  • 2 tsp chopped spring onions 
  • 1 tsp soya sause
  • 1 tsp chilli sause
  • 2 tsp tomato sause
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour 
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt as needed

Method of preparation

  • Take mixing bowl add  1 tsp cornflour, all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp soya sause, salt as needed mix well adding 1/2 cup  water .
  • Dip the paneer cubes in the mixture and deep fry it .
  • Now take sause pan add oil, chopped garlic , onions, capsicum cook well
  • Add soya sause , chilli sause, tomato sause, pepper powder, salt, sugar and mix well cook in low flames for 5 min
  • Now add 1/4 tsp cornstarch to it and mix well
  • Add the fried paneer mix well and garnish with spring onions

Tasty paneer manchurian is ready . Have it with Naan, fried rice , roti .
