How to make paneer muchurian

Ingredients
- Paneer cubes 300 gm
- 1large chopped onion
- Capsicum chopped
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp soya sause
- 1 tsp chilli sause
- 2 tsp tomato sause
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1tsp pepper powder
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt as needed
Method of preparation
- Take mixing bowl add 1 tsp cornflour, all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp soya sause, salt as needed mix well adding 1/2 cup water .
- Dip the paneer cubes in the mixture and deep fry it .
- Now take sause pan add oil, chopped garlic , onions, capsicum cook well
- Add soya sause , chilli sause, tomato sause, pepper powder, salt, sugar and mix well cook in low flames for 5 min
- Now add 1/4 tsp cornstarch to it and mix well
- Add the fried paneer mix well and garnish with spring onions
Tasty paneer manchurian is ready . Have it with Naan, fried rice , roti .
