How to make Mutton Cutlet Recipe
Ingredients
- Mutton keema 200gm
- 1 tsp fennel seeds tsp
- 1big onion chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 boiled potato
- One beaten egg
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- Salt as needed
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation
- Heat a pan add oil, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and saute it until translucent.
- Now add minced mutton and mix well.
- Now add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
- Now add 3 tsp water and cover cook for 10 mins in low flame.
- Now check whether mutton cooked well if not then cook again for 5 more mins.
- Now take out from the stove and add parboiled mashed potatoes, 2 tbsp bread crumbs, and mix well.
- Now make small round cutlet shape and dip in beaten egg then dip in bread crumbs and keep it aside.
- keep in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
- Heat a pan add oil and put the cutlet patties and deep fry it until golden brown color.
