Poached Egg with Avocado Toast

Today I am going to show you a healthy breakfast recipe using eggs and avocado. Let's see how to make it.

How to make Poached Egg with Avocado Toast

Ingredients

For poached eggs

  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

For avocado toast

  • 2 bread slice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 avocado smashed
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt as needed

Method of preparation

  • Heat a pan add 3 cups of water in it let the water boil.
  • Once the water boil add salt and vinegar in it and stir well.
  • Now break the eggs in a bowl and slowly pour the eggs in boiling water carefully.




  • Now cover and cook for 2 min.
  • Now you can see the eggs are cooked well.
  • Now take the eggs carefully and drain them in paper towels.

  • Now take the bread slices and spread butter in it.
  • Now toast it in oven for 1 min.

  • On other take a bowl and add the riped avocado and smash it using a fork or spoon.
  • Once avocode is smashed add a dash salt and lime juice in it, mix well.
  • Now spread the avocado mix in the toasted bread slice and place the poached egg on top of it and sprinkle some salt and freshly ground pepper.



  • Serve it with some sauted mushrooms and cherry tomatoes or any other veggies as your wish.
