How to make Poached Egg with Avocado Toast
Ingredients
For poached eggs
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
For avocado toast
- 2 bread slice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 avocado smashed
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt as needed
Method of preparation
- Heat a pan add 3 cups of water in it let the water boil.
- Once the water boil add salt and vinegar in it and stir well.
- Now break the eggs in a bowl and slowly pour the eggs in boiling water carefully.
- Now cover and cook for 2 min.
- Now you can see the eggs are cooked well.
- Now take the eggs carefully and drain them in paper towels.
- Now take the bread slices and spread butter in it.
- Now toast it in oven for 1 min.
- On other take a bowl and add the riped avocado and smash it using a fork or spoon.
- Once avocode is smashed add a dash salt and lime juice in it, mix well.
- Now spread the avocado mix in the toasted bread slice and place the poached egg on top of it and sprinkle some salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Serve it with some sauted mushrooms and cherry tomatoes or any other veggies as your wish.
