How to make Chilli Paneer Recipe
For Fried panner:
- 200 gm paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp maida flour
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt as needed
- Oil for deep fry
For Chilli sauce:
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic chopped finely
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 1 tsp chopped spring onions
- 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt as needed
- Pinch sugar
Method of preparation
- Take a mixing bowl add all ingredients listed in fried panner except paneer and oil.
- Mix well and dip the paneer cubes in it and deep fry it. Keep it aside.
- Now heat another pan add 1 tsp oil, chopped ginger and garlic saute till raw smell goes.
- Now add onions and capsicum and saute it until translucent.
- Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar mix well. Keep cook for 5 - 10 min.
- Now add the cornstarch and water. Mix well now the sauce is ready.
- Add the fried paneer cubes in sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve it hot.
