Ingredients:
- Coconut grated 1 cup
- Jeera 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Green chilli 1
- Small onion 2
- Curd 2 Tsp
- curry leaves
- Coconut oil 2 Tsp
- Mixed vegetables
Method of preparation:
- First, cut all the below vegetables and make them boil with 1 cup of water with a pinch of salt
- Carrot
- Drumsticks
- Eggplant
- Cucumber
- Yam
- Plantain
- Snake gourd
- Jackfruit
- Raw mango
- Add 1 cup grated coconut, 1tsp jeera, 1 green chilli,2 small onions,1/4 tsp turmeric powder now grind them together without adding water
- Now take a pan and add boiled veggies and coconut mixture
- Add a handful of curry leaves and mix everything and leave it for 2 mins
- Now add 2 tsp curd and salt as needed
- Close with a lid and let it cook for 2 more mins
- Now add 1 or 2 tsp of coconut oil
