Ingredients
- 3 cup maida flour
- 1 cup warm milk / 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/4 tsp active yeast
- Sesame seeds ( optional)
- Coriander leaves (optional)
- Butter 3 tsp
- Oil for greasing
- Pinch sugar
- Salt
Method of preparation
- Take a mixing bowl and add flour, salt, sugar, sesame seeds, yeast mix well
- Add curd and milk mix well and start to knead the dough with the hands
- Pour milk little by little , the dough should be little sticky
- Now cover it with wet towel and keep it aside for rising . It will take approximately 3 to 4 hrs
- Divide the dough into 6 balls and grease little oil on it
- Now you dough is ready . Using rolling pin roll the dough . On top add coriander leaves
- Grease water in one side of dough and cook that side first on pan. Don't add oil in pan the dough should stick on pan
- Now you need to flip and show the pan directly to stove top so that the both side gets cooked
- Now add butter on top of the Naan
