How to make Fried Noodles




Ingredients
  • Plain noodles 1 packet
  • soya sauce 1 Tsp
  • green chilli sauce 1 Tsp 
  • salt 
  • sugar 1 pinch
  • pepper powder 1 1/2 Tsp
  • veggies 
  • A hand full of spring onions
  • 4 tsp oil for cooking
Method of preparation:


  • Take a pan add 3 to 4 cups of water and add 1 tsp salt with 1 tsp oil 
  • When it starts to boil now add plain noodles in it (don't break the noodles )
  • Cook it for 5 mins
  • Now rinse the boiled noodles with some cold water so that it will get sticky
  • Now take a pan add 2 tsp oil then add finely chopped veggies here I used 
    • Carrots 
    • Bean
    • Green peas
    • Cabbage
    • capsicum
    • Green chilli
  • Saute all the veggies
  • Add a pinch of sugar, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp green chilli sauce, salt as needed leave it to cook for 2 mins
  • Now add the cooked noodles 
  • Add pepper powder and saute everything well
  • leave it to cook for 2 mins 
  • garnish it with some spring onions

Tasty fried noodles are ready. You can have this yummy fried noodles with some Manchurian or tomato sauce
