Vegetable kuruma

Hello Foodies,
Today am going to prepare vegetable kuruma we can have it with chapati,  Naan.

How to make vegetable kurma






















Ingredients
  • Veggies (carrot, beans, green peas, soya chunks, potato)
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 big tomato
  • Ginger garlic paste 
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Pudina leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • Pinch sugar
  • Coconut paste 1/2 cup or cashew nut paste 1/2cup
  • 2 cardamom
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp jeera 
  • Water 2 cup 
  • Oil

Method of preparation

  • Add 3 tsp oil, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves
  • Now add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, pudina leaves, curry leaves, chopped green chilli cook until tomatoes cooked well
  • Now add salt as required,  chilli powder, turmeric powder,  coriender powder, garam masala, jeera powder.  mix it well and keep cooking for about 2 Mins
  • Make a paste of this mixture
  • Take a pan add  2 tsp oil, jeera seeds let it splitter 
  • Now add the grinded mixture ,  ginger garlic paste and cook till the oil separates from the paste.
  • Add 2 cup water, chopped veggies, pinch of sugar and cover cook for about 10 Mins
  • Now add the coconut paste and stir well
  • Garnish vegetable kurma with methi leaves or coriender leaves


Tasty Vegetable kurma is ready . You have this kurma with chapati,  Naan.
