Hello Foodies,
Today am going to prepare vegetable kuruma we can have it with chapati, Naan.
Ingredients
- Veggies (carrot, beans, green peas, soya chunks, potato)
- 1 big onion
- 1 big tomato
- Ginger garlic paste
- Coriander leaves
- Pudina leaves
- Curry leaves
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- Pinch sugar
- Coconut paste 1/2 cup or cashew nut paste 1/2cup
- 2 cardamom
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- Water 2 cup
- Oil
Method of preparation
- Add 3 tsp oil, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves
- Now add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, pudina leaves, curry leaves, chopped green chilli cook until tomatoes cooked well
- Now add salt as required, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriender powder, garam masala, jeera powder. mix it well and keep cooking for about 2 Mins
- Make a paste of this mixture
- Take a pan add 2 tsp oil, jeera seeds let it splitter
- Now add the grinded mixture , ginger garlic paste and cook till the oil separates from the paste.
- Add 2 cup water, chopped veggies, pinch of sugar and cover cook for about 10 Mins
- Now add the coconut paste and stir well
- Garnish vegetable kurma with methi leaves or coriender leaves
Tasty Vegetable kurma is ready . You have this kurma with chapati, Naan.
