- 1/2 kg mutton bone
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp peppercorns
- 6 shallots ( sambar onions )
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Curry leaves
- 3 cup water
- Salt
Method of preparation
- Grind coriander seeds, peppercorn, jeera, shallots, curry leaves, turmeric powder. coarsely ground it
- Now add 3 cups of water in a pan wait until the water boils
- Add the grounded paste and mutton bones. Add salt as required
- Cook for about 20 mins
Yummy and healthy mutton bone soup is ready.
