Ingredients
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 2 green chilli
- 1 tsp fried gram
- 1 small piece ginger
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- Red chilli
- Salt
- Oil
Method of preparation
- In a blender add grated coconut, 1 tsp fried grams, 2 green chilli, 1 small piece ginger, salt, grind it to a smooth texture add 1/2 cup of water.
- Now in a pan put 1 tsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Pour this mixture to the coconut paste.
Tasty coconut chutney is ready you can have this chutney with idli, dosa, vada, Pongal, bajji.
