How to make Nadan Fish Fry
- Preferable sliced fish 1/2 kg
- 3 small onions
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- salt
- lemon juice 1/1 tsp
- 1 green chilli
- oil for frying
Method of preparation
- Clean fish slices and marinate it using 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt and 1/4 tsp pepper powder,1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Now grind the small onions and green chilli together
- Add that paste to the marinated fish pieces and leave it for 20 mins
- Take a pan add oil
- Now add the marinated fish pieces one by one and deep fry it
- Instead of deep fry you can also pan fry it using less amount of oil
- Garnish it with some sliced onions and lemon
Tasty Authentic Nadan Fish fry is ready you can have this with some steamed rice and curry
