How to make Nadan Fish Fry                                                                                



















Ingredients

  • Preferable sliced fish 1/2 kg 
  • small onions 
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • salt 
  • lemon juice 1/1 tsp
  • 1 green chilli 
  • oil for frying 

Method of  preparation

  • Clean fish slices and marinate it using 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt and 1/4 tsp pepper  powder,1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Now grind the small onions and green chilli together 
  • Add that paste to the marinated fish pieces and leave it for 20 mins 
  • Take a pan add oil 
  • Now add the marinated fish pieces one by one and deep fry it 
  • Instead of deep fry you can also pan fry it using less amount of oil 
  • Garnish it with some sliced onions and lemon


Tasty Authentic Nadan Fish fry is ready you can have this with some steamed  rice and curry
