Ingredients
- 2 cup basmati rice
- 3 cup water
- Salt as required
- 2 tej patta
- 2 clove
- 1/2 tsp shahi jeera
- 4 large onions chopped
- 1/2 cup ghee
Method of preparation
- Heat the pressure cooker add ghee, tej patta, jeers, clove, onions, salt as required cook until onion gets light brown color
- Now add basmati rice and water
- Pressure cook for 3 whistle. Open it after 10 min
Tasty kerala style nai chor / ghee rice is ready .
