In a single idly, you consume 2 grams of protein, 2 grams of dietary fiber and 8 grams of carbohydrates. One idli contains 1 milligram of iron, and trace amounts of calcium, folate, potassium and vitamin A









Ingredients

  • Idly 5 nos 
  • Onions cubed
  • Tomato cubed
  • Capsicum cubed
  • Chilli powder
  • Idly powder
  • Salt 
  • Oil

Method of preparation

  • Heat pan add oil chopped veggies cook until it gets crunchy
  • Add cubed idly mix well
  • Add chilli powder, idly powder, salt

Yummy chilli idly is ready now best with tomato sause.
