Ingredients
- Paneer cubes 200 gm
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Cashew paste
- 1 cardamom
- 1 tej patta
- 2 cloves
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- Butter 1/2 cup
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp jeera powder
- Methi leaves
- Salt as required
Method of preparation
- Make fine paste of onion and tomato
- Shallow fry the Paneer cubes and keep it aside
- Take a pan add butter, cardamom, tej patta, cloves, jeera, ginger garlic paste
- Now add the onion and tomato paste cook for 5 min till the oil separate
- Now add chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt as required and mix well
- Add 1/2cup water and cook for 10 min
- Now add the fried paneer and cashew paste and mix well Cook for more min
- Garnish it with some methi leaves
