Ingredients
  • Paneer cubes 200 gm
  • 1 onion finely chopped 
  • 1 tomato finely chopped 
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Cashew paste
  • 1 cardamom 
  • 1 tej patta 
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala 
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • Methi leaves
  • Salt as required

Method of preparation

  • Make fine paste of onion and tomato
  • Shallow fry the Paneer cubes and keep it aside
  • Take a pan add butter, cardamom, tej patta, cloves, jeera, ginger garlic paste
  • Now add the onion and tomato paste cook for 5 min till the oil separate
  • Now add chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt as required and mix well
  • Add 1/2cup water and cook for 10 min 
  • Now add the fried paneer and cashew paste and mix well Cook for more min
  • Garnish it with some methi leaves

Tasty paneer butter Masala is ready .Enjoy it with  Naan, paratha
