How to make Chicken Samosa Recipe

Ingredients

For the filling

  • 200 gm minced chicken
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp  Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp  Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste

For the samosa

  • 2 cups Maida
  • 1 Tsp oil
  • 1\4 tsp ajwain
  • Salt

Method Of Preparation

  • For the filling first Heat oil in a pan and onions, chillies, ginger garlic paste saute it.
  • Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Finally, add the Minced chicken and saute for a few more mins and add 1/4 cup water and cover cook for 10 - 15 min.
  • Remove from flame.


  • For the samosa let's Knead maida, ajwain, salt with enough water to get a smooth dough.
  • While rolling, dust with rice flour to get crisp samosas.



  • Stuff filling in the rolled out roti and fold like a samosa.

  • Deep fry in hot oil. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
