Ingredients
- Half cooked long rice 2 cup
- Egg 2 nos
- Finely chopped garlic 1 tsl
- Chopped carrot 2 tsp
- Chopped capsicum 1 tsp
- Chopped beans 2 tsp
- Soya sause 1/4 tsp
- Green chilli sause 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt as needed
- Oil
Method of prepartion
- Heat a pan add oil and all chopped veggies and saute for 2 mins
- Now break 2 eggs in that pan and scramble well.
- Now add cooked rice and saute well.
- Add Soya sause , chilli sause, pepper powder, salt as needed and toss well.
- Fry for 5 min.
Tasty egg fried rice is ready now.
