How to make verkadala chutney | Peanut chutney
Ingredients
- peanut 1/2 cup
- Grated coconut 1/4 cup
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 dry red chilli
- Pinch tamrind
- Salt as needed
Method of preparation
- Dry roast the peanut and remove the skin
- Take blender and add all the ingredients above listed except salt
- Make a fine paste by add 4 tbsp water
- Add salt and mix well
Tasty peanut chutney is ready now .
