Ingredients
- 1 whole sandwich bread
- 3 eggs
- Capsicum
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard sause
- Garlic sause
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- cheddar cheese
Method of preparation
- Take a bowl add eggs, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese whisk it properly
- Heat a pan add butter and egg mixture .
- Cook both the side
- Now take the sandwich bread apply mayonnaise then add capsicum , tomatoes, onions, lettuce thinly sliced
- Now on the top of it add mustard sause
- Now keep the omelet on the top of mustard sause and add garlic sauce and close the bread
- Apply butter on the top of bread
- Now bake it for 1 min
