Hi everyone today i am going to show you how to make dosa and Idly batter
How to prepare dosa and idly batter
Ingredients
- 4 cup boiled rice
- 3/4 cup urad dal
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 2 tsp rock salt
Method of Preparation
- Soak rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds for 3 hours
- After 3 hours first grind the urud dal
- Add little by little water grind it till the paste get soft and smooth
- Now shift that paste to a bowl
- Add boild rice and fenugreek seed grind it by adding water little by little
- Grind it till the paste gets smooth and soft
- Now mix both the paste and add rock salt
- Keep it outside for 4 hours
- Now the batter is fermented
