Hi everyone today i am  going to show you how to make dosa and Idly batter

How to prepare dosa and idly batter



Ingredients

  • 4 cup boiled rice
  • 3/4 cup urad dal
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tsp rock salt

 Method of Preparation

  • Soak rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds for 3 hours
  • After 3 hours first grind the urud dal 
  • Add little by little water grind it till the paste get soft and smooth 
  • Now shift that paste to a bowl
  • Add boild rice and fenugreek seed grind it by adding water little by little
  • Grind it till the paste gets smooth and soft 
  • Now mix both the paste and add rock salt 
  • Keep it outside for 4 hours 
  • Now the batter is fermented
