Spinach has more health wonders that are absent in fruits and vegetables. Amaranthus has the power of preventing some common diseases like phlegm, fever, gastric trouble and diseases related to fever. It acts as a stimulant and aphrodisiac.
Ingredients
- Spinach ( Arai keerai )
- 2Garlic cloves
- Asafoetida 1 tsp
- 1 green chilli
- Salt
- Coconut oil
Instruction
- Blanch spinach leaves, green chilli, garlic cloves, asafoeida about 10 min
- Here i used arai keerai / spleen amaranth
- Once it done grind the mixture by adding salt as required
- Now add some coconut oil in it
Yummy and healthy spinach curry is ready . Enjoy spinach curry with some rice, chapati, roti.
