Today I am going to show you another easy and healthy snack recipe which is Paneer Poppers. The main ingredients in this recipe are panner of course. Basically, you either deep fry these Poppers or even you can bake in the oven also. I have deep fried the Poppers. Let's see how to make this recipe.
How to make Paneer Poppers Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 gm shredded paneer
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 2 garlic pods finely chopped
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour + 1tsp
- 1 tsp cornflour + 1/2 tsp
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
Method of preparation
- Take a bowl to add shredded paneer, onions, green chili, garlic, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, red chili powder garam masala mix all together.
- Now make small balls and keep it aside.
- Take another bowl to add cornstarch and all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp water mix and make a fine paste. Now keep it aside.
- Now dip the paneer balls in cornflour paste then dip in bread crumbs and keep it aside.
- You can freeze and fry whenever you want.
- Now heat oil and add the paneer balls and deep fry it until golden brown color.
- Strain excess oil and serve it hot with mayonnaise or ketchup.
