How to make mint chutney
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1 green chilli
- 1 piece ginger
- Pinch sugar
- 1 /4 tsp chat masala
- Pinch dry mango powder
- Salt as needed
- Water 1/2 cup
Method of preparation
- Take a blender add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger, sugar, chat masala, dry mango powder, salt as needed and make a fine paste of it and add 1/2 cup water and mix well.
- Transfer to a bowl.
Tasty mint chutney for chat items is ready.
