How to make Mixed Manchurian Recipe



















Ingredients

  • Mixed veggies 1 cup finely grated ( cabbage, carrot, beet, capsicum, beans)
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 3 garlic pods finely chopped
  • 2 tsp maida flour
  • 2 tsp + 1/4 tsp cornflour 
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce 
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt as needed

Method of preparation

  • Take a bowl add all grated & chopped veggies, 2 tsp maida flour, 1 tsp cornflour, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, salt as needed and mix well.
             

                                                        
  • Make small balls of it and Deep fry it. Now keep it aside.
    

                                                     
  • Heat a pan add oil, chopped garlic and onions and saute well for 2 min.
  • Now add capsicum and cook well.
  • Add 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2  red chilli sauce,  2 tsp tomato ketchup mix well and cook for 2 min.
  • Add salt, pepper, 1 tsp cornstarch in it. The sauce is ready now add the fried Manchurian balls and cook for 5 min.
  • Garnish with spring onions.

Tasty mixed Manchurian is ready now. Enjoy with Naan, fried rice.
