How to make Mixed Manchurian Recipe
Ingredients
- Mixed veggies 1 cup finely grated ( cabbage, carrot, beet, capsicum, beans)
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 3 garlic pods finely chopped
- 2 tsp maida flour
- 2 tsp + 1/4 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt as needed
Method of preparation
- Take a bowl add all grated & chopped veggies, 2 tsp maida flour, 1 tsp cornflour, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, salt as needed and mix well.
- Make small balls of it and Deep fry it. Now keep it aside.
- Heat a pan add oil, chopped garlic and onions and saute well for 2 min.
- Now add capsicum and cook well.
- Add 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 red chilli sauce, 2 tsp tomato ketchup mix well and cook for 2 min.
- Add salt, pepper, 1 tsp cornstarch in it. The sauce is ready now add the fried Manchurian balls and cook for 5 min.
- Garnish with spring onions.
Tasty mixed Manchurian is ready now. Enjoy with Naan, fried rice.
