Ingredients


  • 2 large tomatoes 
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 2 garlic pods finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 bread slice

Method of preparation


  • Blanch the tomatoes and remove its skin and make a fine paste of it.  Tomato puree is ready to Keep it aside.
                  

                                        
                                                     
                                    
  • Now heat the pan add butter, chopped onions, garlic and sat for 5 min.
  • Add the tomato puree and mix well.
  • Now add salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Cook in medium flame.
  • Now add the cornstarch and mix well. Now the soup starts to get thicker now. Add fresh cream, sugar and mix well. Cook on low flame for 5 min.
  • Now for bread croutons toast the bread and cut it into small pieces.
  • Tomato soup is ready to garnish the soup with bread croutons.
