How to make Crumbed-Coconut Shrimps With Lime Aioli


Ingredients

  • 10 large shrimps ( peeled and cleaned)
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • oil for deep fry
  • salt and pepper as needed

For Lime Aioli

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime rinds
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove crushed

Method of preparation

  • Using your hands slightly flatten the shrimps and keep aside.
  • Take three plates of one add beaten egg, plain flour.
  • Mix both shredded coconuts and breadcrumbs on one plate and keep aside.
  • Now heat oil for deep fry.
  • Take one shrimp and dip in flour and then egg wash it and dip it again with breadcrumb mixture and deep fry it.Cook prawns for 2 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
                                  
                                                                                           

                                 
  • Continue with rest of the shrimps.
  • Now let's make lime aioli for that, take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients listed below the lime aioli and mix together.

  • Serve the shrimps with Lime aioli.

Tasty and crispy Coconut-Crumbed Shrimps With Lime Aioli is ready.
