How to make Kothu Parotta

Ingredients


  • 5 parotta 
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • Hand full curry leaves
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • Pinch of Garam masala 
  • 1/ 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tbsp chicken salna
  • Salt as needed
  • 4 tbsp oil

Method of preparation


  • Heat a pan add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, onions and saute it for 5 min.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and saute it for a min.
  • Break the eggs and start to scramble it.

  • Add salt, Garam masala, pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric and mix well.
  • Saute for 5 min.

  • Once the parotta become little crispy remove from heat and serve it hot.
