How to make Kothu Parotta
Ingredients
- 5 parotta
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- Hand full curry leaves
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- Pinch of Garam masala
- 1/ 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 4 tbsp chicken salna
- Salt as needed
- 4 tbsp oil
Method of preparation
- Heat a pan add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, onions and saute it for 5 min.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and saute it for a min.
- Break the eggs and start to scramble it.
- Add salt, Garam masala, pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric and mix well.
- Saute for 5 min.
- Now add the shredded Parotta and mix well and add the chicken salna and give a nice mix to it.
- Once the parotta become little crispy remove from heat and serve it hot.
