How to make Fish Fingers
Ingredients
- Whitefish fillets 500gms
 - 1 cup bread crumbs
 - 2 whisked eggs
 - 1 cup flour
 - Salt and pepper as needed
 - Oil for deep fry
 
Method of preparation
- First, let's clean the fish fillets and cut them into finger shapes.
 
- Now take a plate to add bread crumbs, salt, and pepper mix well and keep it aside.
 - On another plate add flour and keep it aside.
 
- Now take a fish fillet and dip in flour then dip in egg mixture, then dip in bread crumbs and keep it in a plate.
 
- Once done then keep in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
 
- Now it's ready to heat oil for deep fry and once the oil is hot deep fry the fish Fingers.
 - Fry till golden brown and remove the excess oil using a kitchen towel.
 
- Easy and tasty Fish Fingers is ready to serve it with salad and with some cheese dip.
