How to make Tandoori Paneer Tikka Recipe
Ingredients
For Marination
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder ( dry mango powder)
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp crushed Kasuri methi
- Salt as required
For Tikka
- 500 gm Paneer cubes
- Capsicum cubed 1/2 cup
- Onions cubed 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes cubed 1/2 cup
- 3 skewers
Method of preparation
- Take a plate or bowl add the panner cubes and add all ingredients listed below the marination.
- Mix all together and keep it aside.
- Take another bowl and add cubed veggies and add the remaining yogurt marination and mix well.
- Keep it aside for 1 to 3 hours.
- Now grease oil in the skewer and insert the marinated veggies one by one as I have shown in the picture.
- Now if you are grilling this in Tawa then add some oil in Tawa and cook all the sides equally.
- Now if you are going to grill in the oven then preheat your oven and place your skewer inside and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Tasty and spicy Tandoori Paneer Tikka is ready now.
