Ingredients
- Dosa batter
- 1 large egg
- Some chopped onions and green chilli
- Oil / ghee 1 tsp
Method of preparation
- Take a bowl add egg, onions and green chilli whisk it and keep it aside
- Heat a dosa tawa grease with oil
- Add the dosa batter and apply eventually
- Now on top add the egg mixture and apply it eventually and also add oil / ghee
- Cook one side for 2 min in medium flame
- Now flip the dosa and cook other side for 1 min
- Now flip again carefully else it will break
Tasty egg dosa ready .
