How to make home made paneer

Cottage cheese contains all the essential amino acids needed for it to qualify as a complete protein. One cup of creamed cottage cheese has 23 grams of protein, which is 41 percent of the recommended daily intake for men and 50 percent for women.








Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole fat milk
  • 1 tsp lime juice / vinegar 

Method of preparation


  • Take a pan add milk and let it boil 
  • Now add lime juice in it .
  • You will get a curd texture. 
  • Pour it in a muslin cloth and romove  water from it .
  • There shouldn't not have any drop of water .

Home made paneer is ready now .
