Ingredients
- 1 cup whole fat milk
- 1 tsp lime juice / vinegar
Method of preparation
- Take a pan add milk and let it boil
- Now add lime juice in it .
- You will get a curd texture.
- Pour it in a muslin cloth and romove water from it .
- There shouldn't not have any drop of water .
Home made paneer is ready now .
