Ingredients
- 2 bread slice
- 1 egg
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- Pinch mixed herbs
- Oil
Method of preparation
- Make a hole in the centre of bread slices and keep aside.
- Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil and place the bread slices.
- Now break the egg in the centre of the bread and add salt, pepper, mixed herbs.
- Cover cook for 2 min.
Tasty Egg In Hole is ready now. You can have some other toppings like sausage, ham, bacon, olives. Here I made a simple one.
