How to make Loaded Potato Casserole


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter 
  • 6  potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • salt and  pepper, to taste

Method of preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Now take a baking tray and brush butter in it.Layer half of the potato slices in dish, overlapping slightly.

  • Season with salt, pepper, minced garlic over potatoes.
  • Next, sprinkle some shredded cheeses.

  • Layer the rest of the potato slices on top, overlapping slightly and sprinkle salt, pepper, minced garlic and cheeses.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the milk mixture over potatoes.
  • Cover and bake for 75 mins, or until it cooked and set.
  • Let rest 20 minutes before cutting.
  • Serve it on a plate.
