How to make Mutton Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless mutton ( cooked and shredded)
- 2 bowl cooked rice
- 3 garlic pod finely chopped
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1/4 tsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper as needed
- 3 tbsp oil
- Pinch of Msg
Method of preparation
- First, let's make the scrambled eggs for that heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil, egg, salt and pepper. Once the eggs are done transfer it to a plate.
- Now let's cook the fried rice for that, Heat a pan add oil, garlic sautes for 1 min.
- Now add chopped carrot and capsicum saute it till it gets cooked.
- Now add cooked and shredded mutton and saute them well.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. Cook in medium flame.
- Now add scrambled eggs and give a nice mix.
- Now add a pinch of Msg ( this is totally optional)
- Add the cooked Rice and mix well. Let it cook for 2 - 5 min.
- Then only rice will become little crunchy
Tasty and spicy Mutton fried rice is ready.
