How to make Paneer Fingers
Ingredients
- 500 gm Cottage cheese ( paneer)
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper as needed
- Oil for deep fry
Method of preparation
- Cut the cottage cheese in a long strip shape.
- Take a bowl add cornflour, salt, pepper, water and make a thick paste.
- Take a plate add bread crumbs and keep aside.
- Heat a pan oil for deep fry.
- Once the oil gets heat take one paneer strip dip in cornflour mix then dust with bread crumbs and deep fry it.
- Fry it until golden brown. Once done transfer it in a kitchen towel and remove excess oil and serve it hot.
Tasty and crunchy Paneer Fingers is ready.
