How to make Paneer Fingers

Ingredients

  • 500 gm Cottage cheese ( paneer)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp water 
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • Oil for deep fry 

Method of preparation

  • Cut the cottage cheese in a long strip shape.
  • Take a bowl add cornflour, salt, pepper, water and make a thick paste. 
  • Take a plate add bread crumbs and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan oil for deep fry.
  • Once the oil gets heat take one paneer strip dip in cornflour mix then dust with bread crumbs and deep fry it.
  • Fry it until golden brown. Once done transfer it in a kitchen towel and remove excess oil and serve it hot.

Tasty and crunchy Paneer Fingers is ready.
