How to make Sesame Seed Laddo|Til Laddo| Ellu Urundai Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 gm white sesame seeds ( You can use black sesame seeds also)
- 200 gm jaggery
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp ghee
Methods of preparation
- Let's start from dry roasting the sesame seeds and keep it aside.
- Now let's make the jaggery syrup, for that heat a pan add a quarter cup of water then add grated jaggery using a spatula gently mix it.
- For making ladoos we need thick jaggery syrup so don't add a lot of water.
- Once the syrup is thickened add at the roasted sesame seeds in it and mix it well.
- Remove it from the heat.
- Now let's start to make ladoos for this we need to apply some oil or ghee in our hands so that ladoos will not stick in hands and we'll get a proper round shape.
- Make small round shape laddoos as I have shown in the picture and keep it aside.
