How to make Tandoori cauliflower
Ingredients
- 500 gm cauliflower
- 1 Cup curd
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 cup curd
- One teaspoon Garam Masala
- One teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed Kasuri methi
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt as needed
Method of preparation
- Take a mixing bowl to add curd red chili powder Garam Masala jeera powder crushed Kasuri methi coriander powder oil and mix well now keep it aside.
- Heat another pan add to Cup water turmeric powder and cauliflower florets call cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes drain and add the cauliflower into the curd mixture.
- Mix it well and keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- After 3 hours heat the Tandoori grill pan brush with some oil and add the marinated cauliflower.
- Once the cauliflower cooked well transfer it in a serving plate.
